These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TT Downloader mobile application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

TT Downloader is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party social media platform or its owners. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

1. The service

TT Downloader lets you download publicly available media (video, image, or audio) from a link you provide, and save it to your device for personal use. The App is provided for convenience and personal, non-commercial use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

Only download content you have the legal right to download and use.
Respect the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders.
Comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the source platform.
Not use the App to harass, infringe, or harm others.

You agree that you will not:

Redistribute, sell, or publicly republish downloaded content without permission from the rights holder.
Use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or commercial purpose without authorisation.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or any connected services.

3. Intellectual property & your responsibility

The App does not grant you any rights to the content you download. All downloaded media remains the property of its respective owners. You are solely responsible for how you use any content obtained through the App, including obtaining any necessary permissions. We are not responsible for misuse of downloaded content.

4. Third-party content and platforms

The App may interact with third-party platforms and servers that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content, and third-party terms may apply to your use of that content.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific link will be downloadable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or content, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
